What you are reading here is one of the first things that you will learn about earning money online. This post is very important to understand and I highly recommend you read it and understand it. Adsense is the way a lot of people on the internet make their money. And, it’s the way that people have made hundreds of dollars a DAY running websites. Now, I am going to teach you what it is and how you can make it earn you money. At the end of the post, there will be a referral link. When you are ready to start with your net empire, go ahead and sign up. But, only do it when you’ve decided on the website you want to make. More on that later.

Adsense is a CPC or cost per click. That means, for every click that you get, you make some money. It can be anywhere from one penny all the way up to fifteen dollars. See, the way it works is that it takes the ads that someone orders via adwords and then they are placed on a publisher’s adsense. Make sense? Someone buys the ad from adwords and then you place their ad via the adsense. Except, the adsense does it for you so you don’t need to do anything once you put the code on. Well, I take that back…You have to do stuff, but it’s not dealing with code.

Adsense is a script that takes keywords that you use in your content (words on a site) and the ads reflect it. So, if your site is all about making money online, then the ads might very well have stuff about making money online. If you have information about dogs, then the ads will have links that lead to sites about dogs. And if someone clicks on one of those links, you make money. That’s the great thing about the program…If someone clicks, you get paid. However, if someone clicks, you get paid, the advertiser loses money. But they’re hoping that with that click, they might make money too. Anyways…

There are some things that you must understand, though. You can NEVER click your own ads. You should never click an ad unless you really want to. Unless it interests you. You see, they are entitled to ban you from their service. If you are getting too many clicks that are not doing good for the advertiser, you lose. Their main concern is the advertiser because he or she is who is bringing business. The publisher just gets the ad out there. So, they are very protective of their advertisers. If the advertiser is grumpy because he or she has made no money off your site, but spent a thousand bucks, Google might look into it.

Adsense is a great program; however, you need to keep in mind that it reflects your traffic. If the number of people going to your site is very low, you won’t make much. If the number of people going to your site is very high, you’re bound to make more money. That’s why people are always adding to their sites. That’s why I add to my sites.
