Here’s another contest, except this time, I’m not posting it so late…Unless you consider 24 hours before the end of it late. Tonight, I have decided that I am going to give my vote to Winning the Web on the better of the two blogs. I think that Winning the Web deserves to win because, in my opinion, he is the underdog. Now, why would I be saying this when the odds are in Winning the Web’s favor? Look at his stats. He’s smaller, newer, and from what I can see, he was not expected to win. Hell, when the contest started, I said, “Tyler will win.” I was wrong.
Not sure what the hell I am talking about? Okay. Tyler Cruz and Gyutae Park from Winning the Web are in a competition to see who is the better blog. I think what the contest proves, though, is whose readers are more loyal. And I think that Gyutae’s are more loyal. However, I am a reader to both of them and I like them both even if I disagree with some of the ways Tyler does things. So, why did I vote for Gyutae? It’s simple: he sent me an e-mail. Now, the e-mail definitely looked like a copy and paste, but he sent me an e-mail and the truth is, I’m a small time blogger and getting that is definitely appreciate. Thanks Gyutae.
I am hoping that I can win one of the three $100 prizes. To win, though, Tyler needs to lose. If he does, he will have to pay $100 to three of the people that voted for Gyutae. It’ll be interesting to see. However, no matter who wins, this was a fun contest to watch. I think that Gyutae’s readers are just a bit more loyal to him that Tyler’s, but hey, maybe Tyler will come back tomorrow with a bang. Anything is possible. Best of luck to both of you, but my vote goes to Winning the Web.

I am really getting bad at these contest things because I always seem to wait until the very last minute. However, regardless of the fact, I think that this contest could be something (if I have some late night readers) that might benefit a lot of people. Actually, unless you are a master Search Engine Optimizer, I think that ANYONE could benefit from this. In a sense, what you are getting is some pretty kick ass prizes. But first, let me tell you a bit about what’s going on and how you can win even though the contest is almost over. And let me tell you, it’s really quite simple. If you want to win, all you need to do is copy and paste this paragraph (with the links included) and post it into a blog post on your site. What paragraph? This one:
Freezing Hot, an Internet marketing company specializing in small business seo and ppc management, is running a contest and giving away a search engine optimization package worth $400 to the winner. Check out the contest on their internet marketing blog and subscribe to the RSS feed. And be sure to check out Contest Blogger, the number one source for prizes and free samples.
That’s it! Do that and you can win. Now, I am sure the next thing that you are asking is what the hell can you win? Now that is the great thing. Here are your prizes:
- A 5-hour SEO site audit with full report
- Keyword research
- 10 one-way text links ( a 1 month rental) with Page Rank 3 or higher
- 2 Squidoo lenses
Now, you may be saying, “$400, that’s awesome.” But, you know what I am saying? “SEO WORK?! That’s even greater!” Why? Because the amount of money that you could make from having really amazing SEO work done to your site will pay off a hell of a lot more than just the $400 you’re saving. You’ll be saving $400 and then you’ll be making so much more as you rank better and better in the search engines. The way I see it, you can’t lose. You REALLY can’t lose because even if you don’t win the prize, you get a link on Contest Blogger’s site. A link is a link, right? So, if you get to this before the contest is over, write a quick post and then e-mail Contest Blogger. Best of luck!
