Theme: Want to Win One Hundred Bucks

November 30, 2007

So do I! That’s why I’ve decided to enter a contest that really is quite easy. It’s being offered by home based business opportunities and sweepstakes. They are looking to increase their links (which makes great sense), so to do that, they are giving away one hundred bucks. That’s right…You can get a Benjamin Franklin or two Grants or twenty Lincolns or ONE HUNDRED WASHINGTONS if you win this contest. So, I am sure you want to know the rules. Allow me to tell you them:

Voila, you’re done. This is a real simple contest and I am hoping that I can win. But, if one of my readers does win, please leave a comment letting me know that you won so I can hate you forever. No, I’m joking. It’d just be cool to know that someone in the Dorm Earning community actually won. Oh…And sorry for such late notice, but this ends on Monday, so hurry! Best of luck!

Theme: John Chow is Trying to Beat the Shoe

October 5, 2007

Over at JohnChow.com, he is trying desperately to beat ShoeMoney in the number of RSS subscribers at the end of the month.  To do that, he is offering some incredible prizes and he is also having some of his readers offer some incredible prizes.  I mean, when I say incredible, I mean INCREDIBLE.  Let’s just say that you could technically get a brand new blog theme for your site, unique and all,  a $750.00 value for absolutely free.  That is, of course, if you win.

If you want to try and win the contest, you need to first go read up on the rules to winning the contest.  The rules are really basic.  The first one is that you just need to subscribe to his RSS feed.  Once you do that, you will need to check it every single day because he will be posting the winner only to the RSS subscribers.  So, if you want to know if you won one of the many prizes, you’ll have to read his blog every single day via your RSS feed.

I think that this is an awesome contest idea and I think that there are some great opportunities to win some prizes.  If you want to do it, just go follow those links and make sure you do each thing to the key.  Hopefully I will win, but if I don’t, at least I know that I entered.  It’s always better to enter a contest and lose than not to enter a contest at all.  At least, that is my opinion…Good luck, John, in winning your battle against ShoeMoney.
