Earning Money

I am always on the prowl for new ad companies that I can use to try and make money from. Since Adsense is slowly beginning to deteriorate, I realize that if I am going to continue to make more money and expand, I am going to need to try new things out. Because of that, I decided that I would try out AdToll. It’s a site, like adsense, that offers CPC, but, from looking at it, it appears that it offers so much more to its users. Normally, you look at a site like this and say, “oy…These guys think they may become the next adsense,” and then a few months later, they die.

I don’t think that is the case with this one. They have been really working hard on trying to make it bigger and better. And, it’s the type of site that requires lots of people to get even more people. I know that I won’t stay if I can’t snag some people to put ads on my site and I am sure advertisers won’t stay around if there are no sites to advertise on. But, this site appears to be going in the right direction and really becoming a site worth talking about. Since I am a publisher, I wanted to tell you one of the great things about it. They TELL you how much you’re going to get. If you put ads on your site, you will get 75% commission. So, if you earn one thousand dollars, seven hundred and fifty of that goes into your pocket and the other two hundred and fifty goes into theirs. That’s a really amazing commission. Unlike adsense, they TELL you the amount.

If you are looking to try and sign people up to AdToll, then their referral program is through the roof! They will give you 20% of whatever any advertiser you recruit to the program spends for 90 days. AND! And they will give you 10% on any money a publisher makes for 365 days. So, for one year, you could be making a nice chunk of change from them if you snag one big publisher. I am telling you point blank that the links to AdToll are affiliate because that is a deal too good to be true.

I don’t run the ads on this blog YET. I have it running on another blog of mine and I am going to see how it runs for a while. They are not anti-adult ads which is good for those people that are in that business. The point is, this program is great for everyone. Whether you’re looking to get more traffic to your site or you’re looking to monetize more on the traffic you’ve already got, AdToll is for you. Go ahead and sign up. Actually…It’s the most wonderful time of the year for ANY earner, whether you’re a web earner or a store owner. Regardless of what you do, this quarter (4th quarter) is the best time for you. Why? Think…The holidays! Because people are buying car loads of stuff to give to their loved ones because what is better than spending thousands of dollars on things that chances are, they won’t even use? No, I’m joking. I love the holidays. But, because of the fact that people are so willing to open their wallets, it’s one of those times where you really want to be there to take some of that money. Hey, if it’s you or the other guy, try and make it you because that’s better for you.

Your job is to MAKE them see that your product is better. One of the most common misconceptions that people have about being an affiliate marketer is that if they put it up, people will spend their money and you will walk away with loads of money. Wrong! It’s not like that. If you are going to try and sell any product, you need to do work for it. What sort of work? Selling the product! I am going to bring John Chow’s site, TheTechZone.com into this. Reviews are written on a regular basis telling all about the particular product. There is an affiliate link set up so that if someone wants to buy it, they can and John makes his commission. But, the point of all this is…He is trying to sell the product.

Assume that John just wrote a quick little blurb about the product, said that it was cool and said that it was really durable, and then left it at that. Do you think that he’d walk away being as wealthy as he is? I doubt it. Why? Who cares about that stuff? We want to know more. We want to know if the product does anything cool. We want to know the ins and outs of the product. The more that we know about the product, the more likely we are to buy the product because we know that it is exactly what we are looking for. We’re not unsure anymore; we know it is or is not what we want in the product and that is what makes it so much better. John sells the product. He makes it so that the reader just can’t live without it. And in the fourth quarter, when the wallets are so open, he’s doing a damn good job.

So…Before you start counting your money, realize that this is the best time of the year IF you can sell the product. Everyone is looking for that same dollar. There are other review sites out there. There are other sites out there selling the product. To succeed, you need to ensure that you are the better salesman. If you’ve never worked hard before, try it for this next month or so. The earnings will reflect your work and that is the greatest thing. Sell the product and the most wonderful time of the year will be here for you.
