Earning Money

Actually…It’s the most wonderful time of the year for ANY earner, whether you’re a web earner or a store owner. Regardless of what you do, this quarter (4th quarter) is the best time for you. Why? Think…The holidays! Because people are buying car loads of stuff to give to their loved ones because what is better than spending thousands of dollars on things that chances are, they won’t even use? No, I’m joking. I love the holidays. But, because of the fact that people are so willing to open their wallets, it’s one of those times where you really want to be there to take some of that money. Hey, if it’s you or the other guy, try and make it you because that’s better for you.

Your job is to MAKE them see that your product is better. One of the most common misconceptions that people have about being an affiliate marketer is that if they put it up, people will spend their money and you will walk away with loads of money. Wrong! It’s not like that. If you are going to try and sell any product, you need to do work for it. What sort of work? Selling the product! I am going to bring John Chow’s site, TheTechZone.com into this. Reviews are written on a regular basis telling all about the particular product. There is an affiliate link set up so that if someone wants to buy it, they can and John makes his commission. But, the point of all this is…He is trying to sell the product.

Assume that John just wrote a quick little blurb about the product, said that it was cool and said that it was really durable, and then left it at that. Do you think that he’d walk away being as wealthy as he is? I doubt it. Why? Who cares about that stuff? We want to know more. We want to know if the product does anything cool. We want to know the ins and outs of the product. The more that we know about the product, the more likely we are to buy the product because we know that it is exactly what we are looking for. We’re not unsure anymore; we know it is or is not what we want in the product and that is what makes it so much better. John sells the product. He makes it so that the reader just can’t live without it. And in the fourth quarter, when the wallets are so open, he’s doing a damn good job.

So…Before you start counting your money, realize that this is the best time of the year IF you can sell the product. Everyone is looking for that same dollar. There are other review sites out there. There are other sites out there selling the product. To succeed, you need to ensure that you are the better salesman. If you’ve never worked hard before, try it for this next month or so. The earnings will reflect your work and that is the greatest thing. Sell the product and the most wonderful time of the year will be here for you.
