Earning Money

As you can see if you have been looking at the side bar, I added a “Sponsored Links” section where people can come along and purchase a link. If you look at it, you will see two things. The first is that I do not have any links sold and the second is that I removed the middle man entirely. Now, I intend on writing a full review of the site that I am using for my ads tomorrow, but for right now, I wanted to just show everyone that I am giving the option of selling links on the blog.

Now, why would I want to sell links? I have said time and time again about the importance of having multiple streams of profit. Adsense does alright on this site, but not as much as I would like. On a lot of big blogs, most of their profits don’t come from adsense, but from other streams. I have signed up for other forms of profit on the site as well, but I have to wait for the verification of that as well. By selling links on Dorm Earning, I allow myself to get another stream of profit into my pocket.

With that money, there is only one way for this blog to go: up. Let me give you a piece of advice that I have learned from running my sites. While your site is growing, don’t take so much of the money that you make and pocket it. Take most of the money and reinvest it. The power of reinvestment is great and if you really grow your sites with the income you have earned, you will be guaranteed more profit the next month. The more money you invest, I am a firm believer that you will see a return. But the thing to remember is this: invest the right way.
