Since I am selling links on Dorm Earning, I thought that it might be appropriate to touch on a few important facts about getting the right links for your site. I put together a couple of bullets and I just want to touch on them because I think that it is important when looking to buy links to get the RIGHT links. With the PR update STILL not here, we need to consider it may never come and start to look for new ways to evolve. So, here are a few things to keep in mind when you are getting links for your site.

• Purchase a link from a site that has a similar theme to your site. Don’t buy a link from a site about science if your site is about sports. You won’t get targeted traffic and that is important.
• Stop buying links based on Page Rank. Page Rank is awesome, but in my opinion, I think it is better to have a site with a lot of traffic linking to your site than a high Page Ranked site. So, don’t worry so much about Page Rank and focus more on traffic.
• Use the right anchor text when you are going to purchase links. Since you are probably allowed to put whatever you want, do some research into the types of keywords that might get you some traffic. I won’t lie, it can be tiresome, but it can definitely help.
• Finally, don’t be afraid to ask for your refund if where they placed your link is in a horrible place. Don’t pay $25.00 for a link if it is in the footer where NO ONE will ever see it. Ask to know where it will be placed and if they don’t put it where they told you they would, get a refund.

Getting the right links for your site is important. Getting good links for your site is important. The thing to remember is that you’re trying to get the most people to your site as humanly possible. Every extra person could potentially tell another one of their friends about it. That’s what I hope people that read Dorm Earning do, but that may not be the case. If you are going to buy links, make sure they are good ones. Don’t waste your money on garbage because you will regret it in the end.
